ENCORE (ENriching Circular use of OeR for Education) is an Erasmus+ Alliance for Innovation dedicated to enhancing the teaching and recognition of skills essential for addressing the macro-trends of digitalization, climate change, and post-COVID economic recovery challenges. ENCORE aims to help students and workers acquire the necessary skills to tackle economic, ecological, and technological challenges, bridge the skills gap between industry demands and educational offerings, and support educators in staying updated with evolving skill sets. The project also focuses on adapting pedagogical approaches to the changing educational landscape, reducing the education sector’s resistance to change, and facilitating the certification of skills acquired through non-traditional teaching methods, ultimately ensuring that both students and educators are better prepared for the future.
